Loopin’s Policy on Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Policy Overview



Loopin is committed to creating a safe and respectful environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for any form of
child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to:



  • Sharing or uploading any content (text, images, videos, audio, or AI-generated material) that depicts or suggests sexual abuse or exploitation of children.

  • Engaging in grooming, solicitation, or manipulative behavior directed toward minors.

  • Using Loopin to search for, distribute, or interact with CSAE-related content — including non-explicit but suggestive material involving minors.



Enforcement


Violations of this policy will result in:



  • Immediate and permanent suspension of the user account.

  • Content removal without prior notice.

  • Reporting to law enforcement and relevant child protection agencies, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

  • Continuous monitoring using automated tools and human review to detect and prevent CSAE content.
